What we use
This site uses one strictly necessary cookie, tn_session, which keeps you signed in. After 3 minutes without activity we show a warning; unless you choose to stay signed in, your session expires 30 seconds later. The cookie is removed when you sign out and expires after at most 7 days (12 hours for administrators).
Analytics (only with your consent)
If you accept analytics cookies, our public pages (home, partner programme, sign-in, sign-up and legal pages) use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to count visits and see how visitors find us, for example from a search or a link. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_J6WR2GF684, which expire after about 13 months. Page addresses are sent without any query string, advertising features are switched off, and Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Customer and partner accounts, orders, reports and the admin area are never measured. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Google may process the data in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page; withdrawing consent removes the analytics cookies.
